Piano and E-Keyboards are offered in group classes, semi- private groups and private tuition.
At the end of each grade of study, students are invited to take our Glasnevin Academy of Music Piano/E-Keyboard Examinations. This allows students to perform three of their chosen pieces that they have learned over the year and demonstrate the required scales, chords, and theory. Our examinations are a fun and motivating way for students to focus their studies and develop all aspects of their playing in a structured way. It provides motivation to increase their knowledge of techniques and music theory and gain a repertoire of songs.
Students do not have to bring their keyboards to the lesson as they are set up in the School, yet it is encouraged for students to own a keyboard to ensure they are getting the most out of the lessons. Call the office for more information on ordering an appropriate keyboard.
